You need a tow hitch. The cost is a lot cheaper than before if you bought the hitch from BMW. According to my CA it will cost around $600 and change. 3 years ago the tow hitch was double the price. But you can probably save around $200 buying the tow hitch somewhere else. I will try to ask and get the part number for you.
