Dropped by Highline bodyshop, lots of BMWs there, apparently they do a lot of work for the dealers. According to them would run about $700 for the repairs (blend the door, repaint wheel surround). They also mentioned that i can safely go through the insurance, since this wasn't an accident. And should have no effect on the rates. Going to call GEICO first, before making a decision. My deductible is $500 so we're talking about a 200/300 savings.
