My DD is an E92 M3 with a steering to die for. The F15 30d is my wife's car and I drive it on the weekends. I enjoy what I call a refined steering feel and a very plush driving experience. I was blown away when I test drove one especially coming from a new F25 X3 30d. BMW have done a lot of work on the F15.
