cenix , MacPherson suspension usually have an oval slot on the bottom mount and/or top mount for you to adjust the camber.
While double wishbone or multi-link, by default, you are not supposed to be able to change the camber. Those parts that BMW sells are in order to compensate if you have chassis damage where you can't re-align the camber to the spec. But, of course there are some aftermarket products that makes you able to adjust the camber by changing the upper A-arm.
As for the rear, those eccentric bolts are for toe adjustment, but if you look at the way it positioned, it will also affect the camber while adjusting the toe.
