For what its worth my my wife e90 and my e92 both have poor AC from the start. The cars only really gets "cold" if I'm driving +30mins. I was in Florida and rented a Kia and within 10 mins had to roll the window down a crack just to let in some warm air as I was freezing. My two friends with Bimmers have the same issue. It is disspapointing that my 57K coupe has weak ass A/C but ultimately its pretty low on the list of things that are important in the car to me.
