As for my country's history, the mighty germans had a prayer in their books against the all mighty Hakkapeliitta's, a part of the Swedish army that was collected from finland. We also kicked Russias ass in the ww 2 while the numbers were mildly against us (4 million Finns, 170 million russians) (I do need to say also that the second match didn't exactly go our way, but these tiny details can be forgotten while writing a pompous post).
