The steps I took was to go to Schedules and Pick departing port as Charleston SC, Date wil be the on or next day after when your car went 9000 and Arriving port as Southampton, and click Search routes.

That gave me 2 ships close to my factory depart date, INTEGRITY which was departing the same day, and BOHEME which was 5 days later.

Mine was on INTEGRITY leaving on 12th late afternoon, and the my departed code was dated 12th also, so it made it to the ship and onboard within 24 hours of the 9000 code being updated.

So a good guess would be any ship departing on or close to that date you get.

Then you just track the ship using https://www.marinetraffic.com/

Let me know how you get on.
My Vin number does not show up on Track & Trace.
Next two departures are 22 Feb arriving Southampton 15 March (Independence II) or 24 Feb arriving 12 March (Boheme)
