Yes, any BMW dealer can provide it. But still compare prices between dealers. Keep in mind that you are only eligible when still under the Original Factory Warranty(OFW) of 4yrs/50k. After that only the PT+ is available. So plan accordingly and monitor/calculate your mileage.
