$80 for key, $260 or there about for FOB. You will have to send them your registration picture to prove you own car and all that shit.
Once key is made, it will have everything for your car. You will just have to activate it by holding it by the key symbol next to column and pressing engine start few times. All will work. I didn't have to do any programming.

It would a very long drive from Houston to Jersey for OP
Dealers can't ship out keys they can order one with your information to the dealer but you would have to pick it up and you do need programming with ISTA if you had 2 keys previously as the lost key would need to be deactivated for new key to work.
