How much pressure are you using to lock the cover when trying to engage it on the right side (where the lock release button is located)?
And you’re positive you have the cartridge turned correctly (not installing it upside down)? Only asking because we are not there to get a visual of what is occurring.  |
Everything thing is correct I am doing it right way, but it just can only lock one side
