The fault is set if the charging pressure actuator is detected as being jammed in the closed position for a certain period of time.

Service Plan:
1. Perform functional check of the charging pressure actuator, check the kinematics of the variable turbine geometry (stiff movement, collision with other components), repair if applicable.
2. If the kinematics of the variable turbine geometry cannot be repaired:
Replace turbocharger.
