I've been to parts of the country where "city road" means a stretch of road with a stop light every Mile or even every few miles. That's probably what the great EPA figures are based off of.
If you live in a densely populated area, there are traffic lights every few hundred feet and they are not always in sync. Stop and go stop iand go. Two miles can take you 25 mins on a local road. That's why some people are getting poor readings (I'm getting about 14.5, sport mode almost all the time)
After keeping track in my last 3 cars, it's always revolves that same number. I've gotten used to it.
