Suspension Upgrade
I just purchased a 2014 xdrive50i msport with 44k miles. after driving it for a few weeks, im finding that i hate the ride quality. i have the 20" wheels on the car and i have already swapped out for conti all-season tires. that made a marginal improvement but it is still not what i was hoping for. it does NOT have adaptive suspension or DHP.
i thought there was no way this amazing car could ride this bad so i took it to the dealership and they said it is driving according to spec.
my biggest issue is when driving around 30 mph on marginal roads, the car almost rocks back and forth like a boat.
ive considered going down to 19" wheels/tires but my last car had shorter sidewalls and sport suspension and i never had an issue so i dont think it will solve things.
my question is, can anyone recommend a suspension upgrade? i absolutely love everything else about the car and desperately want to enjoy it.
