Have about 9,000 km by now, drove long distances a bit, yesterday I was tired and I guess it "showed" and I got this message. I drove very actively prior to that, took over a lot (non highway roads), this appeared after 2 hours of driving. Amazing thing was that I think it was the first time I felt really tired in this car. Split screen (navi/media) was on and then this appeared full screen (only on the big screen). There was no bling noise, just this image. It somehow worked bcs I realized I was really tired and in need of a break. Saying yes leads to points of interest. Stay safe, cheers.
