Agree. If I was stuck in the city or suburbia, I would likely not have the highest performance variant. 15 years ago I was indeed located in the city and my DD was a 330i (couldn't bring myself to get the M3 only to get frustrated sitting in traffic). Luckily, I am now in backroad heaven, so restrictions need not apply
