Wow, that is quite a lot. Good dealership or bad, that list of issues @ 12k would have me running for the hills as well.
I guess the question is if those are endemic to the X5 M or did you just get a bad build with too many unusual issues?
Also, I wonder how many of those issues may have been "engineered out" of the more recent models?
