Register ConnectedDrive in another country
Hello guys,
Has any of you guys succeded in registering your car (VIN) on ConnectedDrive website on another country than the one you are living.
I'm asking this because there are certain limitations of services available only in certain countries.
I know that my car has the hardware for CarPlay but due to the location I cannot do it.
So what I'm curious if it is possible to register for the service on:
bmw-connecteddrive.co.uk
or
bmw-connecteddrive.de
and pay for the AppleCarplay service on one of these.
Please let me know your thoughts and experience regarding these.
