Depends where it is from
The US produced Mobil 1 is no longer BMW LL01 approved
The French made one we get here is still BMW LL01 approved
Read on the bottle, It tells you on the back if its BMW LL01 approved
Dont know if the French one will be changing its formulation like the US one.
