This just happened to my X6 50i at 28,000 miles. Making a jarring noise at 15-20 MPH going over bumps. I manage a fleet of vehicles, to me it sounded just like balls joints. Took it to my dealer, easy to replicate.
Solution, dealer had to install wishbones on both sides and a sway bar links. Problem solved, no more jarring noise.
Now if someone could quiet those damn run flats.
