My status has moved to 5055, I have a VIN number and expected delivery date has improved by one week (wk30)!
I worked out that the first RHD X5 built today has VIN ending 43866 and since they seem to be built in sequence of VIN there's only a hundred or so to go until mine's built! (based on production data over the last month, it appears to take about 7 days to build 200 RHD X5's on this line therefore my car should be built by the end of this week - we'll see if it works out!)
