Got my vehicle back from the dealership and I did duplicate the issue with the mechanic riding with me.
They replaced the transfer case unit., AT-Auxiliary transmission, and the transmission bearing. That fixed it. No more tugging/lugging just a nice smooth and powerful acceleration.
