Matt, I would agree that with some effort you can likely reach if not beat the stated consumption. But to me that would defeat the benefit of having this vehicle. I hit my above consumption coming back from my kids' ski lesson with a fair bit of downhill and almost unrealistic foot control on the highway. My everyday driving includes the sport mode (for fun) and comes nowhere near my numbers above, I get on average 14.5L/100km in the winter.
