It is funny to me that you post this right after posts with photos of Tim Hortons doughnut shops. The signs are missing the apostrophe. When Canadians see the Tim Hortons signs they probably think nothing of it, but I'd never seen one until today so the missing apostrophe really kicked in my anal retentive tendencies.
Turns out the apostrophe was removed by the company to comply with a French law in Quebec and they decided to standardize the brand without the apostrophe across the country.
I'm hungry after all that research. I need a doughnut!
