Hi guys, no clue what the actual thing is called, but its called ventil in German
. Had tyre change done at non-BMW shop and they've changed the tires (to my old winter ones from E71), but trashed this part from my OEM wheels and put some black silicone one (or something like that). Really tried to order with BMW but they said it cannot be ordered from BMW as it ONLY comes with the car unless you order the whole indiv. tyre pressure system and ditch the sensor part (70 euros per wheel)!
Car has normal tyre pressure system (not individual one per each tyre) and they said that I got it on my wheels eventhough those metal looking ones usually come with the indiv. tyre pressure.
Enclosed photo of one of the forum members to see what I am talking about. Can anyone order OEM ones or has a way of getting them.
Of course this may be irrelevant to 99% of you out there, but I want to have this.
