Ahhhh... that's very interesting! I just opened the door, hit the M2 button and my mirrors went to the same position that I've been experiencing intermittently. I reprogrammed both M1 and M2 to my desired settings and we'll see how it goes.

Also try this. Program your seat, mirrors, presets in the car with the ignition on. Exit the vehicle. Using YOUR key that YOU will be using all the time. Press the lock button on the remote. Do not use the comfort access. Then unlock with the remote button. Not the comfort access. Report back if your problem still exists.
