Also incorporated comments in the "comment" section, caught more errors and typos, and added an overall ranking at the end. My eyes are glossy from having looked at it a lot, and I can't see the typos anymore. Not a pro survey, but hopefully good enough for everyone here.
If ok, I'll repost a final, and ask that we up vote to the sticky threads to get maximum feedback.
