My quick-and-dirty math of a 10k/yr lease with zero down at 3yr/36k miles on a "well specced" vehicle (~$110K) at MSRP has a lease running at $1489/mth + tax.
Residual isn't as good on the M models, you won't get as good a discount for a while, and they're more expensive. I'd expect to pay $400-$600/month more for the M over the 50i.
