It pays to be loyal. I've bought a dozen cars from my CA and referred countless friends. Even though he's on the east coast and I'm out west I'm still giving him my business.
Plus he also took more off as a kind gesture when I lost my original allocation.
He can afford to not make a profit on one vehicle. Back ordered or not, the dealer sets the price.
