I agree Saturday at Garden state mall would be impossible. Its hard enough to find a spot let alone a bunch where we could have a mini meet. Edgewater saturday mornings should be ok. There is usually parking there if you go before noon plus i suspect most of you guys will be coming with your wives/kids so its a nice spot for the dads to hang out while the rest of the family goes shopping at Target, Old navy etc...
Key there is to probably have the meet in the morning by 10-11am.
Another option to have the meet at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn. There is some sort of airplane show there and there is parking all over the place. Its right off the Belt Parkway exit 11S.
