Your shifter is the standard shifter.. refer to my other post where you mentioned that you had the sports shifter and I kept telling you that the sports shifter is exclusive to Msport only.
http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1145181 pay attention to the "P" button and how more symmetrical the Msport shifter is and how bulky and less symmetrical the standard shifter is. The Msport shifter also has leather trim versus plastic trim at the bottom of the shifter. You will notice it more in real life when you grab a hold of it too.
