I've been on the phone too many times with BMW USA trying to get the real scoop on where my new X5 is. Too many multiple stories as to boat or train or truck to recount here. The latest is that it has shipped by train from SC to the Oxnard CA VPC and the train trip will take OVER two weeks
That train must stop at every coal mine and steel mill and concrete plant and grain silo across the country - anything but a premium shipping method me thinks.
What has been the experience from other west coast buyers please?
