Oh, just saw this thread.
It has been a while... Camper is within X5´s specs, below 600lbs hitch and 7,000lbs max weight.
Towing was horrible. Max Speed 50-55mph before sway.
Not to mention Overhauling Trucks at that speed.
Also Invisiblehitch does not recommend WD-Control 7 Anti-Sway Hitches.
In EU the X5 is the towing champ, especially the Diesels, but in The US
