I have one where I live that when I get the green light on the feeder to the artery, I figured out if I accelerated hard to 80 and then coast from that point, I would just go under the light as it turned yellow. Speed limit is 45....do that, or accelerate slowly and you will just get caught by the light every time.
Moral of the story....
Always accelerate hard and ignore the speed limit.
