That's pretty much true... like my sales guy said "man can't seem to determine when life begins, but BMW can - it's when you have a VIN!"  |
You can ask your CA of the production week or production number.
Then you can call BMW Customer rep and they can tell you when it is scheduled.
If your CA sets it as customer sold, which pretty much everyone does, then bmw gives priority to the order than other dealer orders which pushes it 2 to 3 weeks early than the scheduled date.
