My dealer (Seattle) didn't get any allocations either. They managed to get me an allocation from another dealer, but that's week 12.
At the end of January, there were only 240 allocations nationally for Feb, of which ~160 were available for customer sale (not already sold / allocated for other purposes).
I don't remember the exact numbers, but that's far from 1 per dealership even.
