Well maybe you live in a State where you don't have to have a front plate but go out of state for vacation and don't like to get a ticket. Or you don't "mind" getting a ticket in your home state but don't want to get one out of state. Or you got a ticket for not having one but really don't care and just want to have it in order to show for the court?
