The 4 cylinder N55 apparently is one of the most reliable. Only concern I have of course is the hybrid drivetrain.

What's the battery warranty? Most hybrids have a separate battery warranty for about 7 years.
Other issues unique to this 40e would be everything related to the electrical drivetrain. Ultimately, current 40e buyers are in the frontier of identifying issues.
