Wondering if anyone is running Michelin Defenders on the X5.

I've got a 3.5 xDrive 19" with OEM Michelin Lattitude run-flats. I'm being told the Defender is superior and less expensive. Also considering the Conti DSW06 based on suggestions here. They're cheaper too.

I just don't want to end up with a louder/harsher ride.
