20" Continental DWS tires making WhOooOoo sound

My 20" Continental Extreme DWS (all season non-RF) were just installed and now have 100 miles on them. They are making a tire pipe resonance sound.

Anyone notice tire pipe resonance with the Conti DWS on staggered 20's? The sound occurs more so at certain speeds ie 25 to 30 mph and at 65 mph, but the sound rears its head at other speeds as well. It sounds like wind traveling through a flute...WhOooOooOoo.... It is on the subtle side.

The tires are over all fairly quite with no tire vibration.
I am hoping with some break in...the resonance will resolve.
It does sound similar to a slightly bad wheel bearing, but the vehicle is so new, that I would say that is very unlikely.

Is this just part of the tread design of the Conti Extreme DWS?
With no vibration issues, would you say a balance issue or a bad tire is very unlikely?

Thoughts?
