should we also be factoring in the fact that different people have different tolerances to heat? I for one am "allergic" to heat..i sweat like a pig in the summertime when its hot and humid out. I find the a/c in the car sufficient enough for the northeast summers (cannot attest to central cali summers tho)
we had a stretch of 90+ degree days here recently... car parked in the sun run max a/c as i set out.. after abt 5 minutes of driving my kids in the back are already complaining that its cold. I push it to 70 and all is well.
not to say that the a/c is perfect and there could very well be issues with other peoples systems... like to see how this turns out for the OP.
