This is just PR. Get a Japanese hybrid or a German diesel. Plug-in-hybrids are just PR, a stepping stone to FCV.
Toyota the largest seller of hybrid cars, does not sell any PHEV, except that one Prius, but it does not really sell, it is also only PR.
