However, their website is lacking info or VIN on that x5, but at least template pictures they've put up are for M Sport one. It has 24k miles and price is relatively high $45k - so it could be indeed M Sport. At least worth checking out
P.S. as others mentioned are you looking for 35i or 50i? You can also go to NA BMW official website for certified pre-owned and search for M Sport within certain miles from your zip code. There are lots of M Sport ones in NY - depends on how far are you willing to travel to check them out. When I bought my x5 in NY also, I set 100 miles radius and I saw at least a dozen of M Sports. I wasn't after M Sport specifically, but they are out there that's for sure
