If you mean can the air conditioning be set to come on before you get in, then yes. As for a further heater, the electric motors don't need thawed like a fuel engine does. All the above assumes you are plugged in of course. If you set the timer to run at a remote location unplugged your battery range will plummet. Noting that, a key feature for me.
