I am in Europe and got 2 year warranty (can be extended up to 6 years or 200,000km) and 5 years/100,000km free service.
When I bought the F15 in November I got a big discount from the price and a BMW keychain. For Christmas they sent me 2 BMW 2015 Wall Calendars.
For my F10 in '10 I got a BMW Led flashlight, which by the way is awesome. I am still using it.
I didn't get anything for my E91 in '08.
