Maybe an executive demo (a car given out for BMW execs to use as their personal vehicles, not the same as a dealership demo/loaner). They can be great values...generally one year old (or thereabouts), very low miles, very attractive options/features and always CPO.
Based on the amount of X5 5.0 demos I've seen at my dealer, I'd think that these were the 'standard' exec car for BMW during 2015.
