Personally, I'd wait for the '20 if you can. It's nice to have the latest and the greatest but it sucks if there are bugs. I swore I'd never be the first to have a new model ever again.
On the east coast we start to see the new model year vehicles in late August. I have taken delivery in late August for an order. If you do opt for the '19, I don't think it would go out as far as Oct or Nov for the west coast as someone else stated.
