It is pretty easy to determine which are the relevant coding instructions for your car: once you have connected to your car with E-Sys and read your SVT, if you see that you have the LHM ECUs follow Appendix 1 and if you see that you have the FLE ECUs follow Appendix 2.
I believe that the switch to the FLE ECUs occurred starting with the July 2015 production, but let me know if this is not the case.
