Not sure if you already know this but you can call this BMW number to get a more accurate update as to where your car is in production.

You will need either your production order number or your VIN. Get ready to keep calling this number multiple times a day lol
At least with the X5 is just 3-4 week wait since its made in the US. For my previous german built bmw's I use to go to a bunch of different websites to track its exact location on the Atlantic.
