This is what I calculate based on the 70,000 drive off.
65,573 Sales Price (did a goal seek in excel)
4,086 Sales Tax @ 6.25%

64,875 / 73,346 MSRP = 10.9%
I don't know how he gets to the $65,373 purchase price but that's what I calculate.
If I shoot for the 7% of MSRP + $1,500 rebate mentioned earlier in the thread, I get to $66,712 (9.1% off).
Am I making a mistake or missing something here? Seems like a good deal to me but I haven't responded either way to the salesman yet if I should be expecting more.
