BMW came back saying the sport seat was a mistake on their website. Just checked the configurator, it's not standard anymore and there is a $600 option for sport seat.
Dealer is talking to BMW again but it seems BMW doesn't want to honor it. The website is a binding contract, at minimal they false advertise that affects my purchase decision.
